Yardi Breeze Premier is designed to grow with you, so there is no minimum number of units that you must manage.
Is there a maximum number of units Yardi Breeze Premier can support?
While Yardi Breeze Premier is designed to grow with you, there is an easy upgrade path to the powerful Yardi Voyager platform and all its ancillary products when your business sees the need for more sophisticated features.
Are there any setup charges?
There are no setup charges. You pay nothing up front to begin using Yardi Breeze Premier.
What if I need help? Is there a charge for support?
With built-in live chat support, you have access to Yardi Breeze Premier experts right at your fingertips. Our helpful support staff is here to help you with any questions you might have between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm CST Monday through Friday. Live chat support is included in your cost. After hours you can submit support questions via email and they will be answered when a live agent is able to respond to them.
Are there any charges for training?
There are no additional charges for the support and training resources built-in to Yardi Breeze Premier.
Are there any charges to convert my data from my previous software to Yardi Breeze Premier?

The cost includes full use of the service, live chat support during support hours, email support after hours and all training videos, help documentation and product tours found within Yardi Breeze Premier. You may choose to utilize optional features that carry a per-transaction cost, like resident screening (via built-in integration with Yardi Resident Screening) or payment processing. Yardi Breeze Premier is accessible on any device and there is nothing to download or install, ever. What is RENTCafé?
RENTCafé is a powerful internet listing service that allows you to quickly and easily market your properties online. RENTCafé also includes a tenant portal that enables your tenants to make online rent payments* and submit maintenance requests. RENTCafé is seamlessly integrated with Yardi Breeze Premier and is included in your cost.
