Established in 1978, Rental Housing Providers Nova Scotia (RHPNS), formerly the Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia (IPOANS), is dedicated to Nova Scotia’s residential investment property owners and managers. RHPNS investment property owner members have over 50,000 apartment rental units under management throughout Nova Scotia.
