HDAA Trade Show
What kind of event is it?
Hosted by the Hamilton and District Apartment Association (HDAA), this annual event brings together housing providers and industry partners for an afternoon of learning, networking and fun.
When and where will it take place?
October 8, 2025, from 2:00–6:00 p.m. EST at the Michelangelo Events and Conference Centre in Hamilton, ON.
What can attendees expect?
The event kicks off with a keynote panel on rental housing legislation (free for HDAA members who register before October 3), followed by a trade show packed with supplier booths, prize draws, food and drinks. The trade show is free for all attendees.

RHSK Conference (formerly SKLA)
What kind of event is it?
The Rental Housing Saskatchewan (RHSK) Conference brings together housing providers across Saskatchewan to network, share knowledge and discuss key issues affecting the local market.
When and where will it take place?
October 8–9, 2025, in Saskatoon, SK.
What can attendees expect?
The two-day event will feature educational sessions, networking opportunities and discussions on current trends in the rental housing sector. Be sure not to miss the Awards Luncheon sponsored by Yardi, where we will be celebrating excellence in Saskatchewan’s rental housing industry.

NBAOA Tradeshow
What kind of event is it?
The New Brunswick Apartment Owners Association (NBAOA) hosts this annual tradeshow for rental housing providers in Atlantic Canada.
When and where will it take place?
October 22, 2025, at the Frederiction Convention Centre in Frederiction, NB.
What can attendees expect?
Expect a full day of engaging keynote speakers, networking with rental housing professionals and updates on rental housing legislation in New Brunswick. The exhibitor showcase will feature innovative products and solutions from across the industry, a great opportunity to explore new ideas and connect with leaders, startups, academics, policymakers and more.

BUILDEX Alberta
What kind of event is it?
BUILDEX Alberta is the largest conference connecting Alberta’s building industry. Organized by Buildings Canada, this expo brings together professionals across architecture, engineering, construction, design and property management.
When and where will it take place?
October 22–23, 2025, at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park in Calgary, AB.
What can attendees expect?
With over 2,300 attendees, 130 exhibitors and 60+ accredited sessions, BUILDEX Alberta is packed with educational opportunities, product demos, keynote speakers and networking events.

LLBC Education Sessions
What kind of event is it?
Organized by the LandlordBC association, these regional education sessions provide landlords with practical training on tenancy law, dispute resolution, and best practices for managing rental properties in British Columbia.
When and where will it take place?
- Prince George: Landlord101 – Tuesday, September 23 (6:00-8:00 p.m.)
- Kelowna: Landlord101 – Wednesday, September 24 (1:00–4:00 p.m.)
- Victoria: Victoria Education Afternoon – Thursday, September 25 (1:00–4:30 p.m.)
What can attendees expect?
Landlord101 sessions (Prince George & Kelowna) will cover what questions housing providers can legally ask prospective tenants, how to structure tenancy agreements and how to manage disputes under the Residential Tenancy Act.
The Victoria Education Afternoon will feature expert presentations on personal use notices, RTA updates and tenancies in strata properties, followed by a panel Q&A.

The Buildings Show 2025
What kind of event is it?
The Buildings Show, ran by Buildings Canada, is North America’s largest event for the built environment, bringing together thousands of industry professionals from property management, construction, design, architecture and engineering.
When and where will it take place?
December 3–5, 2025, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, ON.
What can attendees expect?
Over 2.5 days, the event will welcome 18,000+ attendees, feature 700+ exhibitors and host 100+ conference sessions led by 120 industry speakers — including Yardi experts sharing insights on AI. Residential property managers should head to the North Building, while commercial managers will find more tailored content and vendors in the South Building.
Where can you find the Breeze Premier team?
