The latest Yardi Breeze Premier updates are here, and it’s all thanks to our clients. Whether you’re managing residential, commercial or condo/strata properties, these enhancements are designed to help you work more efficiently across accounting, maintenance, communication and more.

Here’s what’s new:

Recurring journal entries & bank filter

Recurring journal entries can now be deleted when no longer needed, giving you more control over your financial records. You can also import payables using EFT payment methods to speed up your workflows and reduce manual entry. For better clarity in account reviews, inactive bank accounts are now hidden by default with new filters available to show them when needed.

Improved reporting & communication

We’ve added more ways to keep residents and vendors informed with less effort. Tenant statement correspondence reports can now be scheduled and emailed automatically, saving time on routine communication. On the vendor side, remittance advice reports now include a payment date column, making it easier to track and reconcile payments at a glance.

Flexible invoice workflow options

Managing invoices is now more adaptable to how your team works. You can choose how to handle rejected invoices, either leaving them in place with no further action or returning them to the workflow for follow-up. We also made practical interface updates: the note fields on invoice screens are now larger and attached PDFs can be resized for easier viewing.

Smarter tenant & maintenance screens

When reviewing tenants, you’ll now see move-out dates directly in the list view, helping you plan ahead more efficiently. On the maintenance side, tenant screens now indicate when there are no open requests so you can triage issues faster. A new token for maintenance requests in email templates improves tracking and communication with residents and staff.

Mobile app notifications

Never miss a beat while you’re away from your desk. You can now enable sound notifications on the Breeze Premier mobile app so alerts get your attention when it matters most.
